Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by PT. Tujuh Berkat Prima, operating as Hustle House Indonesia (“Hustle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our physical studio, website (hustle.co.id), mobile application, and all related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use our services independently. Individuals aged 14–16 may participate in designated classes with written parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their first session. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

2. Account Registration

To book classes and access our services, you must create an account through the Hustle app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3. Class Bookings & Cancellations

• All class bookings are made through the Hustle app and are subject to availability
• Cancellations made at least 4 hours before class time incur no penalty
• Late cancellations (less than 4 hours before class) will result in the deduction of one class credit from your package
• No-shows will result in the deduction of one class credit
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected members will be notified and credits restored
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class. Late arrivals may be denied entry at the coach's discretion for safety reasons

4. Memberships & Packages

• Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated
• All packages have validity periods as specified at the time of purchase
• Expired unused credits cannot be reinstated
• Monthly unlimited memberships auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date
• Promotional packages (including the First Timer Pack) are limited to one per person and cannot be combined with other offers
• Pricing may change; current members on active packages will not be affected until renewal

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the Hustle app via Midtrans. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and select e-wallets. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges until the balance is settled.

6. Studio Conduct

By entering Hustle House, you agree to:

• Follow all instructions from coaches and staff regarding equipment usage and safety
• Use equipment only as intended and return it to its designated location after use
• Maintain appropriate hygiene standards — bring a towel and wipe down equipment after use
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes for Functional classes; grip socks are required for Reformer
• Refrain from using mobile phones in class areas during sessions (photos/videos with coach permission only)
• Treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect
• Not engage in any behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive

We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke membership, or remove any individual from the studio who violates these conduct standards, without refund.

7. Health & Safety

• You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
• You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the classes you book, or have obtained medical clearance
• You must disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy to your coach before each session
• Hustle House is not liable for injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions, failure to follow coach instructions, or improper use of equipment
• By participating, you accept full responsibility for your physical wellbeing during and after sessions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, app, and marketing materials — including but not limited to the Hustle name, logo, programme names (Functional, Ride, Reformer, HRC, Wake Up Call, Huddle), photography, copy, and design elements — is owned by PT. Tujuh Berkat Prima and protected by Indonesian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent.

9. Photography & Content

Hustle House may photograph or film in-studio activities for marketing and promotional purposes. By entering the studio, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials. If you wish to opt out, please inform the front desk before your session, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Hustle House and its officers, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, or civil unrest. In such events, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume services and communicate with affected members.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
