Reformer coaches at Hustle work small rooms (capped at 14) — every rep gets corrected, every body gets seen. Sessions sequence footwork, core, upper body, and integrated full-body work, with springs and straps adjusted in real time. Classical Pilates roots, modern progressions, slow tempo.
What Lita’s classes cover
Expect controlled, precise work against spring resistance — footwork, abdominal sequences, upper-body straps, single-leg work, and full-body integrations. Low-impact, high-attention. The work is harder than it looks; soreness shows up in muscles you didn't know you had.
Booking a class with Lita
Book through the Hustle app. Reformer classes run shorter sessions throughout the day; Sunday and morning slots fill fastest. Arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit — coaches set up the reformer for you. Grip socks are required (we sell them at the front desk if you forget).
