

Coaching Functional at Hustle
Functional coaches at Hustle program in 4-6 week blocks, scaling each session to the room — beginners get taught movement; advanced lifters get loaded heavier. Same workout, calibrated to each athlete. Classes are 60 minutes, mixing strength work, conditioning, and accessory progressions.
What Jeje’s classes cover
Expect strength work (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells), conditioning intervals (rowing, ski erg, assault bike), and movement-mechanics blocks. Hyrox-specific work is built into the programme — sled push/pull, sandbag lunges, wall balls, farmers carries — making Functional the natural training home for race prep.

Book through the Hustle app — browse the schedule, pick a slot in the Functional studio, and arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit. Classes run throughout the day, and most members find a regular weekly slot they hold. First-timers should grab the First Timer Pack: 3 classes for 600K.
